In this regard, the Royal Thai Embassy wishes to clarify its procedures and practices relating to the granting of sponsorship / scholarship as follows:
1. The Royal Thai Embassy provides financial and logistical support to Mexicans traveling to Thailand for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, academic and cultural exchanges as well as to familiarize with Thailand.
2. By agreeing to provide financial or logistical support, the Royal Thai Embassy will provide the beneficiary written information and relevant details related to the grant. No verbal promise will be considered an act of the Royal Thai Embassy.
3. Referring to the method of financing, the Royal Thai Embassy employs only three procedures, as follows:
1. The Royal Thai Embassy is responsible for all reservations and payments necessary without providing direct beneficiary financial transactions.
2. The Royal Thai Embassy provides the total amount of financial assistance to the beneficiary who then will be responsible for arranging your own journey.
3. The Royal Thai Embassy also provides partial funding of partial logistical arrangements.
Please note that the Royal Thai Embassy also requests the recipient make an advance payment without written confirmation process.
