****Updated announcement****
Since the red traffic light on the coronavirus stoplight system was declared again last Friday 18th December in Mexico City and the State of Mexico, the Royal Thai Embassy in Mexico City is ready to readjust our operations in order to implement the prevention measures and security protocols necessary at this time of the epidemic in Mexico.
As such, the Embassy encourages all visa applicants to submit documents via DHL mailing service with return postage (guia prepagada).
Please note that visa and COE processing would take more time up to 5 working days after your DHL package arrives, taking into account that applicants are required to anticipate the visa processing timeline.
In case your DHL package arrives later than expected or your documents are still not complete, but your date of travel is forthcoming, the applicants are required to modify the date of travel and submit updated documents to the Embassy, until they are all complete.  Otherwise, the Embassy reserves the right not to issue a visa and your application would be rejected.
Please note that the visa payment receipt is valid within the current month and is not refundable.

However, the passengers with or without vaccine certificate can still enter Thailand, but are subject to the 14-day mandatory state quarantine without any exception.
